Creative finance notes
- Selling or buying subject to a recorded lien: separate 12-pt disclosure to purchaser and each lienholder at least 7 days before contract (Tex. Prop. Code § 5.016). Wrap loans need a license/registration unless owner makes ≤ 3 in 12 months (Tex. Fin. Code ch. 159).
